At Aaranya Herbs, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the product you received is damaged or defective. If your order arrives in such a condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@aaranyaherbs.com along with your order number, unboxing video and clear images of the received product. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging to be eligible. Once approved from our end, we will arrange a return and issue a refund within 7–10 business days. Returns or refunds will not be accepted for used items, sale products, or delays caused by incorrect shipping information.
